He has conducted startup installations, provided customers with both hardware and software support, written customized software to help solve unique application problems, assisted customers with hardware, software and system troubleshooting.

History

Test Cell Service was established in March of 2004 to continue supporting customers in the dyno industry.

While working at Accurate Technologies, Inc. Mr. Bucalo was the manager of the Test Cell Products, Stähle Driving Robot division. His responsibilities were management, sales, service and customer support.

At Digalog Corp., Mr. Bucalo applied his expertise as both an Applications Engineer and a Customer Support Engineer. This includes conducting startup installations; providing customer hardware and software support; offering service and instruction both on site and in the office; providing hardware, software and system troubleshooting; and writing customized software additions.

Mr. Bucalo was the supervisor of the mid-west office in Michigan, managed three employees and the customer base in the middle and eastern half of the country.

While Commissioning/Site Coordinator at Power-Tek, Inc., Mr. Bucalo was responsible for the installation and startup of computerized dynamometer test cell equipment, the supervision of the installation crew, service calls, customer training, and the writing, configuring and troubleshooting of FORTH application software. In addition, he was instrumental in the development of their new Customer Support department where his duties included phone support for customers and field personnel as well as hardware, software and system troubleshooting.

At Froude Engineering, Inc., Mr. Bucalo’s responsibilities included troubleshooting, testing and calibrating dynamometer test systems in-house as well as installing, commissioning and supervising installations on customer sites.
